Library of Framework? Empty Library of Framework?

Greetings!

Could you tell me, is there are some libraries for programming robo kits available? I've interested in Robopica and Interactive C kits.

For example, to produce similliar code snippets:

getEngine().forward(20);

or

getPort().do_smth();

So any higher language constructs are available for those kits?
