iBox-3 Connecting LCD Message Board

Is there any possibility to attach the small LCD to iBox-3 controller for output messages.
Like its on the ROBO-51 as given below ...

I think this is should be very easy if ROBOBOX give their access to I2C again, like their ancestor GOGOBOARD. 7 segment display module with I2C has been implemented with GOGOBOARD and we have been using it many times in our project. Although there are no function in LOGOBLOCKS to handle this, but we can use CRICKET LOGO with show function and it works very well.

It is the big mistakes from ROBOBOX to discard display module. ROBOBOX cannot compete with LEGO MINDSTORM without DISPLAY MODULE. I think 7 segment is enough, although LCD display is more convenient to us.
