Anyone knows about Graphical PROGRAMMING?

Anyone has any knowledge or exprience in the development of GRAPHICAL LANGUAGE PROGRAMMING? something like the LEGO Mindstorms kind you know.
Something that allows users to drag and drop and maybe convert the whole chuck of graphical icons into C lanaguge for a specific robot.

Well GDK is a Graphical, Visual Library for C++ (Visual C++) that you can use to make Games for PC or anything you want.

Well I was thinking more inline with something like mindstorms.
It is not like visual C or other graphical programming software.

but rather using graphical interface to do Robotic programming language. which can be in C or other lanaguges...

What do you think?
